What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?
All sales are final. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase (online receipt or physical receipt) within 7 days.
Sale & Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@deendunya.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your item, we will reimburse the amount via store credit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
